Some students asked for the Excel file that I used to do analysis for Problem Set One. It includes some information to back-calculate l values given your model for penetrance and allele frequencies. I've made this file available in course materials. 01.28.03: Section this week (for 01.31.03) will be held as usual in BSLC 018. There, Anna Pluzhnikov will be leading a section regarding haplotype frequency estimation.
