Exploration of Departure from Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium for Genetic Disease Models

This software allows an exploration of departures from HWE at a single disease locus given a genetic disease model.

Goodness-of-fit Test for a Locus Showing Departure from HWE

This tool inputs the genotype counts in affected cases and unaffected controls that show a departure form HWE and outputs the best-fit genetic disease model to the observed data.

Case control linkage disequilibrium differences - CCOLDD

This program detects key features of the LD patterns in cases and controls for the rapid detection of primary signals in genome-wide association studies.  Using cases and control LDMAP [Maniatis et al. (2002) Proc Natl Acad Sci 99(4): 2228-2233] terse output files, it calculates a LDUcontrol-case/kb slope metric in windows of variable size and plots the measure against physical position.
